We're looking to add a Body Shop Coordinator who enjoys providing an exceptional customer experience, thrives in an empowered, team environment, has an interest in the automotive industry, and boasts amazing attention to detail and organizational skills.  

Essential duties include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to delivery of the finished product

  • Collaborating with the team of technicians and production support to resolve customer concerns

  • Ensuring all vehicle repairs are completed to the highest standard and delivering those vehicles accordingly

  • Assess and document vehicle damages for repair recommendations

  • Act as the main point of contact between the customer, insurance provider, and repair team for smooth workflow

  • Work with the team to identify and resolve efficiency roadblocks

  • Support with ordering of shop materials and parts

  • Ensure accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the repair process
