Summary: We are looking for a skilled Teamcenter PLM Developer with hands-on experience in manufacturing planning, ERP integration, supplier collaboration, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on configuring and customizing Teamcenter solutions such as Easy Plan, IQMS integration, Supplier Collaboration, and Substance Compliance to support end-to-end product lifecycle and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, engineering, manufacturing, and compliance teams to deliver robust PLM solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Professional & Technical Skills: -Teamcenter Development & Configuration: - Configure and customize Teamcenter modules including Easy Plan, Supplier Collaboration, and Substance Compliance. - Develop Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA (Java/C++), and BMIDE. - Configure data models, business rules, workflows, and preferences to support manufacturing and compliance processes. - Develop custom handlers, extensions, and services as required. - Core Teamcenter & PLM: - Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter architecture and data model. - Hands-on experience with: - Easy Plan - Supplier Collaboration - Substance Compliance - Strong skills in BMIDE configuration and workflow customization. - Experience with Teamcenter security, access control, and performance tuning. - Integration & Manufacturing Systems: - Experience integrating Teamcenter with IQMS or similar ERP/MES systems. - Understanding of EBOM–MBOM alignment and manufacturing process planning. - Knowledge of manufacturing and shop-floor processes. - Development & Tools: - Proficiency in ITK, SOA (Java / C++). - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON. - SQL and database knowledge (Oracle / SQL Server). - Version control tools (Git, SVN). - Scripting (Shell, Python) is a plus. - Compliance & Supplier Management: - Strong understanding of product compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, IMDS, etc.). - Experience implementing supplier data exchange and collaboration models. - Knowledge of material declarations and compliance reporting. -Testing, Support & Documentation: - Perform unit, system, and integration testing. - Support UAT, deployment, and production environments. - Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer. - Support Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have* 5–7 years of experience in Teamcenter development and manufacturing/compliance solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
