Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical custom application projects.

Oversee all phases of project management, including requirements gathering, system development/configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and ongoing support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Steer project teams through the entire lifecycle, from initial vision to successful rollout and post-implementation.

Mentor and develop team members, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on custom application and/or ERP implementations.

Deep understanding of the full system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Proven track record as a skilled communicator and inspirational leader.

Experience in the government sector is highly desirable.

Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management is required.
