Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your expertise in quality processes and methodologies to develop comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that all aspects of the application lifecycle are addressed. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and improve testing processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Selenium. - Must have experience on BBD with Java or BDD with Python. - Must have experience on SQL/Database queries. - Good to have experience on Playwright - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
