Summary: As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will engage in the configuration, integration, and management of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the life cycle of these elements, ensuring that all configurations are accurate and up to date. You will also manage back office system data records, support customer activations, and make necessary configuration adjustments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting network issues and implementing corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of network configuration and management. - Experience with telecommunication systems and their life cycle management. - Familiarity with customer activation processes and back office data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
