The opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join Adobe's End-to-End (E2E) Customer Journey Product Management team. This team ensures customers never experience Adobe's org chart. We sit at the intersection of product, marketing, design, commerce, and go-to-market, diagnosing the seams between functional teams that create friction, surfacing implications, and driving cross-functional alignment with executive visibility.

In this role, you will lead the most complex and highest-leverage E2E reviews across Adobe's Creativity & Productivity Business portfolio. You'll own clarity: identifying structural breakdowns in customer journeys that cost Adobe revenue, trust, and adoption, and driving the cross-organizational changes to fix them.

Your work will directly influence major product/feature launches, strategic product reviews, and executive decision-making across Adobe's Creativity & Productivity Business.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex E2E reviews end-to-end. Own the full arc, from scoping the business question, to mapping journeys, to diagnosing breakdowns, to delivering executive-ready recommendations and driving post-launch follow-through. Operate with high autonomy on product/feature launch reviews and strategic (existing product) reviews.

  • Frame problems at the system level. Go beyond surface friction to identify structural patterns: where org incentives misalign, where local optimization creates global pain, where the journey reflects internal seams rather than customer intent. Elevate tactical findings into strategic narratives.

  • Influence without authority at the executive level. Shape VP/EVP-level decisions through clarity, evidence, and persistence. Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, creating shared ownership across Product, PMM, Growth, Design, and Engineering without owning their roadmaps.

  • Propose solutions as conversation catalysts. Develop mocks, alternative flows, and best-practice recommendations that move teams from "interesting finding" to "clear action." Collaborative and curious, never prescriptive, but always sharp.

  • Drive post-launch accountability and outcomes. Track whether issues raised were addressed. Persist on longer-term recommendations through visibility, follow-up, and executive alignment. Own the feedback loop that makes E2E reviews consequential, not ceremonial.

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing, ideally in consumer software, SaaS, or creative tools at scale.

  • Proven executive influence. You've changed VP/SVP-level decisions through the quality of your analysis and storytelling, not through positional authority.

  • Systems thinking. You naturally see how funnels, journeys, incentives, and organizational dynamics interact. You think in second-order effects.

  • Mastery of ambiguity. You thrive when the problem isn't well-defined. You scope it, structure it, and drive to clarity fast.

  • Executive communication. You produce artifacts (decks, narratives, frameworks) that simplify complexity and force decisions. Conclusion first, evidence second, detail only if asked.

  • Cross-functional credibility. Product, marketing, design, engineering, and data teams trust your judgment because you understand their constraints and speak their language.

  • Quantitative and qualitative fluency. You size opportunities, interpret funnel data, and synthesize user research, using whichever lens the problem demands.

  • MBA preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

What success looks like

  • Executives act on your recommendations. Your reviews don't just surface insights. They change roadmaps, shift priorities, and unlock measurable business impact.

  • You see patterns others miss. You connect findings across reviews into systemic insights, identifying recurring breakdowns that no single product team would catch in isolation.

  • Your influence compounds. Teams engage you early to strengthen and amplify their voices, trusting your judgment to prevent downstream issues, while you elevate collective concerns with clarity and objectivity to senior leadership.

  • Action-oriented curiosity. You actively track industry trends and innovations, applying them with an entrepreneurial mindset to inform product strategy and evolve the end-to-end experience.

  • The E2E model scales through your work. Frameworks, templates, and approaches you develop become the standard. New team members ramp faster because of what you've built.

  • Post-launch issues don't die on the vine. Your persistence and follow-through turn recommendations into outcomes.
