We are currently recruiting for Waste Officers to contribute to the provision of a high quality and responsive waste consultancy service to clients. The role holder will support a range of decommissioning, waste management and strategy-based projects with a range of clients.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Provision of technical support to client projects delivered within the Waste organisation
• To contribute to the development of creative solutions to challenging waste problems
• To support collaborative approach to working with customers and suppliers, seeking win- win solutions
• To support peers within the waste business unit with internal development work as required.
• To comply with all procedures, policies and security safety standards as required
• Development of Waste Strategy
• Development of Integrated Waste
• Delivery of Optioneering & Feasibility Studies
• Knowledge of BAT/BPM Assessments
• Knowledge of ALARP Assessments
• Delivery of Waste Technical Studies
• Development of Radioactive Waste Management Cases

We need all candidates to ideally be Security Cleared (SC) or have no issue in obtaining SC.
