Reports to: Training Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Training Intern to join our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product launch readiness and commercial capability building. The intern will support the development of training initiatives focused on both soft skills and hard skills for our commercial teams, contributing to the overall success of our product launches and sales effectiveness.
Assist in the design, preparation, and delivery of training materials for new product launches.
Support the development and rollout of commercial training programs (soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and leadership; hard skills such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and digital tools).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency in training initiatives.
Participate in the evaluation of training effectiveness through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
Conduct research on best practices in learning & development and propose innovative training solutions.
Help coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
Maintain and update training documentation, presentations, and e-learning modules.
How to prepare and execute a successful product launch training strategy in the pharmaceutical sector.
The fundamentals of commercial excellence and capability building.
Exposure to training methodologies, learning technologies, and instructional design principles.
Project management skills through coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
Real-world experience in a global and highly dynamic organization.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Psychology, Education, Communication, or related field.
Strong interest in learning & development and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
