As the Senior Cyber Operations Engineering for Privileged Access Management (PAM) you be responsible on consulting and offering hands on deep technical solutions across PAM and CyberArk implementations, patterns and configurations. Also, you’ll be invited to attend our regular engineering guilds to broaden your expertise and participate in agile ceremonies, which will allow you to contribute to and define the way we operate.

Your impact and contribution:

  • Consulting and offering hands on deep technical solutions across PAM and CyberArk implementations, patterns and configurations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Privileged Access Management.

  • Proactively monitor the platform’s systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

  • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing.

  • Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the platform and related systems.

  • Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the CyberArk platform and related systems.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.

  • Oversee and review configurations that is being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence.

We’re interested in hearing from people who: 

  • Are proficient in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk (essential).

  • Can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.

  • Bring passion for automation, orchestration and leaving nothing to be manual.

  • Have CyberArk accreditation and or certifications (highly regarded).

  • Are proficient working in an Agile, high paced operations team.

  • Provide experience with ITIL methodologies including incident, request, problem and change management.

  • Windows Server, Active Directory and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience.

Desirable:

  • Understand scripting languages such as Powershell and Python.

  • Have experience in AWS Cloud technology and entitlement management.

  • Bring previous expertise in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, TeamCity and Github.
