As the 'Performance Marketing Manager' you will be a Marketing Specialist who can build strong relationships with retail partners, consumers, and the running community.

You will work closely with the Sports Marketing, Product, and Sales teams as this role brings the Skechers brand to life through retail presence, events, and regional activations.

The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with the Field Tech Representative and other partners in the business to plan and execute events and promotions, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive trial, and improve product sell-through. As running experts, you will deliver engaging brand and product training to retail associates and focus on driving trial of Skechers RUN Footwear through grassroots events.

The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position serves as a key partner of the Skechers brand in the market, representing the company's commitment to the running sector.

As the Marketing Manager, you will organise and execute consumer events with key retailers, aligning with brand initiatives and product launches. Manage staff participation in sales promotions, contests, and events. As well as oversee and participate in sales conferences, trade shows, and special events as directed.

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience of managing others.
• Proven experience of Marketing .
• Knowledge of Photoshop or other equivalent graphics programs.
• Must be detailed oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment to meet deadlines.
• Proven project management experience and flexibility to adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
• Excel in team-environments and in building and developing strong interpersonal relationships, while maintaining an individual determination to achieve targets.
• Computer literate with knowledge of all MS programs.
• Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Highly collaborative and able to operate at all levels, internally and externally.

This role will be based in our Head Office in St Albans, however, may include travel across the UK and Ireland.
