Responsible to prepare, analyze and timely provide Fleet ad hoc reports to leadership.
Track and investigate carrier-related service exceptions using an escalation process to Team Leaders when corrective action is needed.
Gather and provide functional detailing and timelines for reporting requests.
Maintain accurate and up to date Fleet database ensuring data integrity.
Asset administration/clerical duties as needed; filing, faxing, courier, invoicing.
Collaborate with the Assist Fleet Administration Team when additional support is required.
Other duties as assigned.
