We are seeking a highly  motivated and detail-oriented Technical  Sales  Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will deliver expert  product and application support, resolve complex technical issues, and support internal and external stakeholders  with  in-depth  knowledge  and  guidance  on  our  low  voltage  products  for Smart  Power  and  Smart  Buildings  Canada.

This role is contributing to the ELSB/ELSP Technical Sales Support team

Requirements:

  • Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting support for customer inquiries and application needs.

  • Participate in technical meetings, sales calls, and product presentations to aid business development and customer success.

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for internal staff and external customers.

  • Liaise between sales support and factory teams to ensure accurate communication and resolution of technical issues.

  • Assess complex customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions and configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or technical certifications relevant to the electrical industry.

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in field services and technical support. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, & CRM Platforms and product configurators (an asset).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.

  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously with collaborative, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach.

  • Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
