JR70145 External Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly and Test

Responsibilities

  • Work with an international team of data engineers, process engineers, planning, etc. in a collaborative manner to develop data automation solutions on interactive commonality study, real-time KPI dashboard refresh, yield report, project management etc… to improve working efficiency.
  • Work with subcons and internal data engineering, quality engineering to validate traceability or process data uploaded by subcons.
  • Analyze testing low yield and perform commonality analysis. Investigate and provide 8D report.   
  • Maintain HVM health, manage yield/assembly cycle time and volume commitment/delivery, support out of cycle volume upside
  • Subcon performance management, weekly performance review, subcon scoring, rank and rating, support QA line audit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience of Data science, data automation, data visualization, big data analysis, statistics
  • Fluency in SQL, Python/R, Spark, Power BI, tableau
  • Bonus Points: Machine Learning/AI
  • Semiconductor industry experience and knowing basic semiconductor backend assembly and test knowledge are pluses.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple issues and result oriented.
  • Good team player with good English communication skills
