Finance & Administrative Coordinator - Join Our Team in Aquaculture Equipment

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in finance and administration within a global aquaculture environment? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Iceland.

In this role, you will be crucial in managing our finance operations, ensuring smooth invoicing for customers, and supporting compliance related to the Order-to-Cash process. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Director and connect various teams, including finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities among customers and internal teams to ensure efficient finance operations.
  • Manage customer and product data, as well as account receivables.
  • Oversee sales orders and assist the commercial and logistics teams.
  • Support new customer onboarding and maintain service agreements.
  • Participate in monthly financial closing activities and gather sales forecasts.
  • Assist in compliance, audits, and administrative tasks, including procurement support.
  • Act as the local treasurer and provide backup for the office manager and accounting lead.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field combined with several years of experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Icelandic.
  • Strong ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel skills is a plus.
  • Experience in import/export handling is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
