PATH Ventures is a statewide leader in the development of affordable and supportive housing communities. Recognizing that homelessness is fundamentally a housing issue, PATH, one of the largest homeless services providers in California, created PATH Ventures in 2007. Since its creation, PATH Ventures has completed 27 residential projects and is on track to have a total of 44 residential communities in the next several years.
ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the PATH Ventures team, the Asset Management Coordinator is to assist with overseeing the housing portfolio’s performance and success. This includes monitoring and analyzing financial data, executing operational strategies, and assisting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The AMC will work closely with the property management team, development team, and external partners to maintain high-quality affordable housing that meets the needs of our residents. The Asset Management Coordinator must be comfortable with multitasking and meeting deadlines. This is a demanding role requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as creative and strategic thinking and people skills. This position can be office/remote hybrid.
