About the Role

This position is a Business Partner in supporting and influencing the formulation, implementation and tracking of the Healthcare Division’s strategic initiatives (including the Integrated Healthcare Strategy);
• Support performance management of the Healthcare Division, especially in delivering timely, accurate and actionable insights of business performance.
• Support cross-functional coordination and alignment to achieve alignment and execution of key performance objectives of the Healthcare Division, including support to Healthcare Division department heads
• Keep abreast with industry developments and channeling this critical information to senior management to drive the business

Detail oriented and ability to navigate and maintain strong working relationships with other stakeholders is important.

Healthcare Strategic Business Planning

• Work closely with the executive team to formulate, implement and track the Healthcare Division’s strategic initiatives and Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS).
• Lead coordination and timely preparation of the Healthcare Division’s annual business plan.
• Facilitate cross-department discussion and collaboration in formulation and implementation of IHS.

Performance Management

• Coordinate business reviews of the Healthcare Division to evaluate performance, monitor progress and gather insights / learnings.
• Coordinate operational implementation of IHS, including developing appropriate KPIs to track key performance areas.
• Engage respective partners to influence and develop long and short-term initiatives to achieve performance objectives and targets of the Healthcare Division.

Healthcare Insights

• Coordinate and facilitate analysis of healthcare data domains to derive actionable and timely insights to support execution of key performance objectives.
• Review business cases sponsored by the Healthcare Division, specifically on strategic alignment and benefit justification, and support tracking of benefit delivery post project go-live.
