Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Director of Acute Revenue Cycle for our Revenue Cycle Management Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Director of Acute Revenue Cycle, you will:
• Promote AHC values; overall teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Leading multi-disciplined teams to integrate their solutions & services.
• Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders covering a range of business sectors.
• Provide insights to enhance delivery models & outcomes that meet their entity needs.
• Collaborate with implementation & development teams to enhance service delivery.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the governance model and meeting structure for local revenue cycle meetings.
• Understand, meet, and exceed set department goals.
• Responsible for special Revenue Cycle entity projects.
• Ensure legal compliance and regulatory compliance of local Revenue Cycle processes at the entity.
• Ensure implementation of Revenue Cycle policies & procedures at the assigned entity
• Attends and participates in committees and task forces as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:
•Bachelor’s Degree required, business or healthcare management preferred,
• A minimum of 10 years' experience with a healthcare provider or a BPO organization focused on Healthcare Revenue Cycle outsourcing
• A minimum of 7 years leading Revenue Cycle processes and teams
• Has held a leadership role in at least two of the following areas: Patient Access, HIM, Coding, Revenue Integrity, Billing (CBO), Physician Practice Management, or Customer Service within an Acute Care Hospital setting or Physician Practice
• PC skills in a Windows environment are required. Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications including Word and Excel is essential.
• Innovative, motivated & able to lead by example.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision required.

Pay Range:

$127,850.69 - $191,776.04
