What would you do? P&CC Team ( Profit and Cost Capability ) is the new multi dimensional Finance Capability that opens boundless opportunities for our people and reflects the strong culture of shared success that we aim to build. The formation of the P&CC is to realign teams that manage the costs and remove silos, streamline insights, and drive standardization and collaborate. P&CC professionals will help the business runners and budget owners identify the unlocked areas for cost improvement. They will have a clear scope of process centralization, rationalization and optimization. Unique Cost Organization supporting both Finance and Non Finance Organizations. You will be part of Real Estate Cost Category supporting Global DC for Tech and Ops in the new Cost Category Structure. Responsibilities: 1.Understand the transformation and transition of the activities from IDF Tech and Operations pertaining to the Real Estate and WP Cost Category. 2. Understand the DCSO and Factory Model and Recoveries ( Analysis of Various Levers, Real Estate and Seat Costs, DNPs). 3. Understand the Technology charge out and the model of Loads ( Short Term and Long Term ) for the Seat Charges and recoveries. 4. Provide Business insights, analysis, and support to the various Stakeholders like IDF Leads, CS&S Leads, Operations and Technology Leads , Business. 5. Collaborate with the ecosystem and IDF Leads, CS&S Leads, Enablement Teams and copartner with them . 6. Support Solutioning Activities related to Growth , Forecasting, and Financials Advisory relating the Real Estate and Work Place Cost Category. 7. Provide Supervision and Guidance to the Team and collaborate with the Transition Activities, and ensure we have the smooth transitions. 8. Ad hoc activities
What are we looking for? •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Ability to handle disputes •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders •Ability to meet deadlines •Ability to perform under pressure 6-10 years relevant work experiences in Accounting, Finance, Management Reporting Good communication Skills Insights and Analysis Experience related to Standard Costing, Contract Financials, etc. Excellent Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving Skills Supervisory Experience of at least 3-5 years Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, etc) ERP experience is a Plus (SAP, Quickbooks, etc) Good Presentation Dynamics
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
