We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across New South Wales. This role is critical to delivering sustainable revenue growth, optimising stock performance, and developing a high-performing sales team within the material handling industry.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility of managing and leading the NSW retail sales team while also assisting with the strategy and growth of our brands nationally.

  • Achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets through effective business planning, forecasting and new business development

  • Lead and manage the full sales lifecycle, including after-sales performance and execution of sales strategies

  • Optimise stock availability in collaboration with procurement to meet market demand

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Partner with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and monitor competitor and industry trends

  • Collaborate with senior management, service and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements for success:

  • Experience in a sales leadership position leading and coaching a other team members

  • Demonstrated experience within the material handling industry.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales, revenue and margin targets

  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and driving new business growth

  • Understanding of stock, fleet, or asset lifecycle management

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
