IT Project Analyst with deep down knowledge of process over PTS-W, as milestones management, programs/projects artifacts, maker-checker process, reporting and others. With an outstanding attitude when it comes to take critical actions to do the best for our clients, such as defining action plans, developed strategic partners, influencing over negotiations.

Responsible for the management of tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination and support of the day-to-day activities of running a project, program or portfolio of programs. Duties and responsibilities may include formulating policies and standards, managing daily operations, planning the use of resources and managing teams, communicating with stakeholders and otherwise ensuring the success of a project, program or portfolio. Program-related roles focus on coordination and facilitation across multiple functions and sectors, and the Senior Program Manager and Program Director roles, in particular, require facilitation and guidance of macro-level issues working with multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
  • Conducts routine operational or administrative work at PTS-W.
  • Administers defined procedures, analyses and report preparation.
  • Manages execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology.
  • Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects.
  • Defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.
  • Takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program.
  • Lead the most complex or critical projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to project specifications.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • ‎ PMP Certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Experience in Agile projects
  • 3-5 years of Experience Managing Technology Banking Project activities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a fluent communication with Business, Finance Technology groups and Finance Architecture Organization.
  • Experience with all phases of the SDLC.
  • Good positive attitude, collaborative team player.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Microsoft Project Management, Excel and Power Point).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • English (Advanced)
