Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate the entire relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and their families.
  • Perform administrative duties related to relocations, including paperwork, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist employees and their families with all aspects of moving, from initial planning to final settling.
  • Strive to minimize the time and costs associated with relocations.
  • Ensure employees have a positive relocation experience by providing support and resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service and support to employees.
  • Experience in relocation services or a similar field is a plus.
  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of both domestic and International relocation experience
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tax and Immigration experience
  • Domestic Real Estate experience
  • Policy development
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for relocation management.


 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $30.38-$42.53

Other site ranges may differ

Benefits

Benefits include:  Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.

Paid Time Off:  Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.

Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
