Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.

Job Summary
Build out engagement strategies to drive spend inside/outside of BJ’s for the cobrand program
Design programs in partnership with merchants to drive loyalty
Deep dive into club+ membership analytics
Analyze spend and usage for BJs credit card users
Provide recommendations /competitive analysis to grow the program
Qualifications
Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc. Masters preferred.
Preferred Majors: Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Business.
Strong presentation skills.
Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
