The Accounting Process Management (APM) is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join the Record to Report (R2R) team in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will focus on process management for capabilities within accounting processes such as general ledger, leasing, and fixed assets.

What will you do:

  • Create current and future state business process documentation

  • Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements

  • Design new or changes to existing accounting processes to adapt to new tools, drive increased process efficiencies, and/or meet changing business needs

  • Drive cross-functional process improvement efforts, including collaborating and communicating with global stakeholders

  • Manage your process initiatives and plan for future initiatives utilizing tools such as Smartsheet and Jira

What will you bring:

  • +5 years experience in the business analysis, and/or accounting domain and a passion for business process

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, and process documentation software such as Signavio

  • Strong technical and business communication skills, including building presentations

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating work with global, culturally diverse, cross-functional stakeholder teams

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and advocate for positive change

  • Certified Accountant, Consulting, Project Management, or Change Management experience is considered a plus

  • Business Analyst or Six Sigma certification is considered a plus

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (or similar)
