Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Execution

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS to support business-critical

applications.

Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.

Contribute hands-on to infrastructure-as-code, cloud resource optimization, and system reliability

improvements.

Support the adoption and ongoing improvement of Kubernetes environments, including cluster

operations, monitoring, and scaling.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Act as the primary technical lead for the Hyderabad infrastructure team, providing guidance, code

reviews, and architectural input.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing best practices in cloud infrastructure, automation,

and operational excellence.

Collaborate closely with the US-based Infrastructure Engineering Manager to align on priorities,

standards, and delivery timelines.

Work with Systems, Security, and Product Development teams to ensure performance, resilience,

and compliance requirements are met.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

Help define and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to support proactive incident detection

and response.

Contribute to infrastructure documentation, operational runbooks, and technical standards.

Evaluate new tools, technologies, and patterns, and recommend improvements to infrastructure

reliability and efficiency.

Participate in on-call or incident response activities as needed.
