What to expect?
As an Integration Solutions (IS) Service Line Architect (SLA), you will lead the design, development, and delivery of modern ITSM and End-to-End Service Management solutions. Acting as the offering specialist, you will cover DXC Offerings & Capabilities across DXC Platform X™, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Service Integration & Management (SIAM), and ITSM Tool Integrations. Your responsibilities include ensuring solution quality, delivery feasibility, risk mitigation, and cost management.
You will collaborate closely with clients, pursuit teams, and leadership to define and deliver complex customer solutions using DXC Platform X™. With experience in deploying large-scale End-to-End Enterprise Service Management solutions, you will identify business opportunities and drive profitable success. Your strong relationship-building skills will be key to your success in this role.

The platform empowers IT teams to detect and resolve issues quickly, and automatically predict and prevent future problems before they happen.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for selected customer opportunities. Understand business requirements and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential clients.
Provide consultative support to other Solution Architects/Leaders and deal teams.
Mentor other Service Line Architects in the assigned opportunities. Exhibit leadership and be viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, partners, company, and customers.
Gather product requirements from field and customer and aggregate and submit findings to portfolio/practice to drive refinement of solutions and offerings.
Drive add-on sales and business opportunities during the entire process in order to contribute to increased sales volumes.
What do we expect?
Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
Minimum 5 years of systems integration experience and at least 3 years as a solution architect
Extensive expertise in providing leadership during customer business discussions, requirements and needs analysis (financial drivers, impacts, and restrictions) and creating technical solutions.
Proven track record with IT customers
Extensive knowledge and experience with modern ITSM tools, ITIL and API technologies, solutions, and architectures.
Experience in the integration and proposal of 3rd party suppliers/products. Able to work with and manage customized solutions and products, including 3rd party products.
Expertise in digital solutions across enterprises, ITSM tooling software (especially ServiceNow or similar products), Enterprise Service Management solutions, service integrations using API-based policies, and ITIL 4.
Familiarity with AI(Ops), intelligent automation, lean and analytics, tooling for discovery, monitoring, and patching, data lakes, modern catalog management, and experience with ServiceNow, SMAX, or Remedy is a plus
