Role Overview

Support the delivery of ServiceNow consulting and implementation engagements, with a focus on ITSM solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand business needs, designing effective solutions, and driving successful platform delivery in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather and interpret business and functional requirements

  • Provide ServiceNow consulting and solution design aligned to best practices

  • Lead or support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations

  • Configure and deliver ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform

  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

  • Drive ITSM process improvements and adoption of industry best practices

  • Support advisory engagements, including solution recommendations and roadmap discussions

Requirements & Preferred Experience

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design, delivery, and implementation

  • Proven background in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog / Request Management)

  • Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience

  • Experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles

  • Exposure to enterprise transformation or managed services environments is advantageous

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

  • Comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects in enterprise-scale, complex environments

  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
