What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of established business clients—providing tailored financial solutions and uncovering new opportunities to help them thrive.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through proactive service.
• Identifying new business opportunities via your network and referral partners.
• Understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product specialists.
• Leading deal strategy, structuring, negotiation, and risk management.

About the Team

You’ll join our Corporate Banking crew in Ballarat, part of the broader Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team. Together, we’re committed to the financial wellbeing of regional communities across Australia.

Your team includes Relationship Executives, Account Managers, and Analysts—all working together to deliver full-spectrum banking solutions including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk, and investment advice.
