OBIECTIVUL ROLULUI

  • Rolul de Hematology Network Account Manager este sa asigure contactul efectiv cu toti factorii de decizie importanti si promovarea produselor aferente ariei terapeutice atribuite, construirea unei organizaţii orientate către client, servirea intereselor organizaţiei, în scopul de a atinge standardele de performanţă în cadrul valorilor şi politicilor stabilite de Pfizer. Angajatul are în portofoliu şi clienţii cheie şi liderii de opinie implicaţi în diseminarea informatiei medicale. Asigură îndrumare şi susţinere la nevoie pentru ceilalţi Reprezentanţi Medicali.

Cerinte:

  • Cunoaşterea produselor promovate
  • Abilităţi avansate de vânzare şi negociere
  • Cunoştinţe despre piaţă: clienţi, distribuitori, preţuri
  • Permis de conducere categoria B
  • Cunoştinţe de operare calculator (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune, în condiţiile menţinerii calităţii muncii prestate
  • Abilităţi avansate de relaţionare

CERINȚELE POSTULUI

Studii: Studii superioare ( de preferinta background medical) ;

-experienta in hematologie constituie avantaj

Competențe lingvistice: Limba engleza (nivel mediu)

Experiență profesională: Preferabil experienţă in piata farmaceutica: minim 3 ani
