Job Summary

Responsible for processing Transaction Management workflows, including exception handling, BPEM resolution, and market transaction support. Ensures timely resolution of work queue items in alignment with established SLAs and operational procedures.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Review transaction reports for accuracy and resolve account exceptions, rejections, and cases
Determine and perform appropriate action(s) based on data gathered from multiple sources 
Answer a variety of inquiries and investigate problems or disputes arising from internal and external stakeholders
Follow all company, legal and regulatory guidelines in response to customer issues
Assist in the development of business processes/procedures
Takes accountability for customer end-to-end solutions  
Perform other duties as assigned 

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

 High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience 
Industry related experience preferred
Knowledge of   ISU, ISU2, LandPower, ESG CMP preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (or the desire to learn VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and some formulas)
Demonstrated basic experience using Word and Outlook (and the desire to learn Outlook Calendar Scheduling Assistant)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of retail markets – natural gas and electricity

Key Metrics

Support departmental SLA’s and work queue achievement 
Maintain qualitative and quantitative measurements related to departmental  goals
Manage and remediate data fallout from various systems
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and attention to detail

This role supports a production-based work queue operating between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available to work an assigned shift within these hours. The team also supports a rotating Saturday schedule as part of standard operations.

Shift assignments are based on business needs and may change over time. Based on team scheduling needs, shift schedules are reviewed and may be recalibrated approximately every six month
