• Oversee company foreign trade performance
• Manage inbound & outbound operation performance
• Promote and execute operation excellence for both in& outbound operation
• Attend external forums on behalf of the company
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders e.g sales and customer service, procurement, Logistics, warehouse, operation, account and finance for related shipments and documentation as well as resolve problems.
• Coordinate regular audits to ensure accurate inventory counts, 5S workplace and current warehouse practice are to meet SOP/WI.
• Manage and monitor stock-movement- receiving, issuing, storing, packing, documenting and delivering.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior from time to time.
