Job Description

By applying for the Enterprise Sales Role in the Finance Industry Vertical, your resume will be reviewed by recruiters and hiring managers within the Financial Services Business Unit, which includes FinTech, Banking, and Insurance. These teams are hiring for Enterprise Account Executive positions.Enterprise Account Executives typically manage accounts with over 2,000 employees. Our goal is to ensure your resume is reviewed by multiple hiring teams with a single application.The role involves engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform, as well as Slack and Tableau. You will build positive relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers, helping customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments. Your skills will be essential in developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and enhance customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.

  • Formulate and execute a long-term strategy for accounts that aligns with customer business objectives.

  • Lead the complete sales process by engaging the appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.

  • Identify and research your territory to create a go-to-market strategy and develop a qualified target account list within 30 days.

  • Communicate the Salesforce value proposition to existing and potential customers.

  • Drive growth within assigned accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience selling Enterprise Solutions to the top five financial holding companies in Korea.

  • Strong understanding of IT architecture in the financial sector and comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations.

  • Proven success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales.

  • Experience in account planning strategies to retain and grow Actual Contract Value (ACV) with existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.

  • Ability to uncover customers’ current processes and strategic goals through discovery and analysis.

  • Skill in identifying value propositions that meet customer needs through technology solutions.

  • Clear and timely communication with customers across various methods and tools (writing, speaking, presentations).

  • Effective use of available resources and tools to achieve results.

  • Team collaboration to support deals and ensure customer success.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Korean and English

  • Over 10 years of project or Enterprise sales experience in the financial industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies.

  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements while leading strategic alliances.

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Ability to work with multiple internal teams, inspire, and leverage resources to align with account objectives.

  • Experience will be assessed based on alignment with core competencies for the role (e.g., leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work).
