This position reports to:

Project Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project registration in SAP (SD module)

• Modification of SD data based on updated Purchase Orders (PO)

• Prepayment invoicing and settlement, SD invoicing in SAP

• Creation of credit notes (approval according to LBAT)

• Creating requests for new customer creation in SAP (MDG)

• CAR 6031 (SOX control) – preparation of monthly reports based on SAP data

• Management of Material Master Data in SAP

• Preparation of stock and inventory reports from SAP

Requirements:

• Communicative level of English (spoken and written)

• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (SD, Master Data, PS modules)

• Knowledge of import/export, tax regulations, and customs procedures will be an additional advantage

• Ability to handle challenges and work under time pressure with a focus on problem solving

• Good communication skills
