Job Description

Location: Eindhoven | Work Schedule: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Type: Permanent, long-term | Position: 2 FTE (preferably divided among 3 colleagues: 2 x 28 hours and 1 x 24 hours)

The Challenge

Without you, there would be no Teledyne Adimec! As an Assembly & Test Operator, you are a crucial link in the process by which our high-quality cameras are built from start to finish. You work accurately according to work instructions, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to improving our products every day. You will be part of the Assembly & Test team within Manufacturing.

Work Environment (Clean room)

You will frequently work in a clean room environment, the primary location for sensor alignment. The bottleneck in this process is specific alignment tooling, so we are looking for colleagues who are accustomed to working within strict quality and safety standards.

What will you be doing?

• Assembling (PCB) modules and cameras using techniques such as screwing, soldering, gluing, coating, and pressing.
• Testing semi-finished and finished products to ensure they always meet the required quality standards.
• Maintenance & Recordkeeping: tidying up, cleaning, calibrating, and recording for an efficient, ESD-safe, and clean workplace.
• Improvement: Identifying problems and contributing ideas for improvements in safety and quality.
• Providing daily handover from the day shift to the evening shift to ensure continuity and quality.

Working Hours & Schedule

You will work from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, you will receive a 25% irregular hours allowance based on the hours worked. This is a fixed salary and a long-term, permanent position. We are recruiting a total of 2 FTEs, preferably divided among 3 colleagues (2 x 28 hours and 1 x 24 hours) to increase flexibility and allow for sick leave, vacations, and peak periods.

Requirements

We are not looking for students, but experienced operators who want a long-term commitment and take responsibility. You feel at home in a high-tech environment with an informal work atmosphere and are happy to help coworkers. For this role, it is important that you:

• Have at least a vocational education (MBO) or equivalent work experience (preferably ≥2 years of experience in a technical environment).
• Work accurately and critically evaluate your own work.
• Speak and read Dutch fluently.
• Can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Are available for regular evening shifts.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and are safety conscious.
