Job Description Summary:
At The Coca-Cola Company, safeguarding financial assets and enabling strategic growth globally requires a treasury function that operates with speed, precision, and foresight. International Treasury Services (ITS) plays a critical role as the single point of expertise for more than 300 legal entities worldwide—managing complex cash and capital needs, mitigating geopolitical and regulatory risk, and securing financial continuity even in volatile environments.
The Director, International Treasury will lead operational and strategic Treasury initiatives across markets, ensuring global liquidity, optimizing capital structures, and tackling critical challenges in real time—from sanctions and currency scarcity to banking crises and M&A integration. The scope combines hands-on problem-solving with governance leadership, working closely with Tax, Legal, M&A, Finance, and external banking partners. This role is also responsible for driving enterprise-level Working Capital improvements, which are core to shareholder value and financial performance.
