Must have Skills : Salesforce Development - Apex Programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Data Modeling, SOQL And SOSL, Salesforce Lightning Framework and PD2 certified Good to Have Skills : Proficiency in diverse integration approaches like REST and SOAP web services and Salesforce DX Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product features in order to provide accurate solutions to customers A fair understanding of Salesforce Configuration ,debugging and writing Apex Code Advance debugging skills and ability to read through the debug logs and grasp the technical flow A fair understanding of LWC and Aura components Understand the integration capabilities such as APIs, middleware, etc Always adhering to best practices Eagerness to enhance functional knowledge Technical Experience : Ability to decide low code vs pro code based on the requirements Hands-on Experience in Salesforce Automation Tools Provide immediate response to all issues and continue to follow-up with client contact until cases are ultimately resolved Escalate urgent requests or those that require a more in-depth knowledge and understanding to the attention of Tier II Provide on-call support for urgent and complex customer inquiries Perform routine system maintenance and patch upgrades Professional Attributes : Good Communication skill Educational Qualification: Engineering Additional Info :
