As a Commercial Go-to-Market Manager at AutoStore, you’ll translate product strategy into compelling positioning, messaging, and marketing GTM execution. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Content & Performance Marketing teams to ensure our solutions are launched effectively, adopted by customers, and understood in the market. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic marketer who loves turning technical capabilities into clear customer value — and thrives on managing commercial product launches.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop commercial product positioning and messaging based on inputs from Product and customer insights.

  • Manage commercial product launches from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Support the creation of GTM plans per region, vertical, and product line. 

  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Content, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. 

  • Gather market and competitive insights to inform positioning and launch effectiveness.

  • Track and report on commercial product launch metrics to guide optimization. 

  

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (ideally SaaS, hardware + software). 

  • Proven experience managing product launches and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong ability to translate technical information into commercial narratives. 

  • Excellent project management and communication skills. 

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to refine messaging and assess impact. 

  • Experience in global or multi-region environments is a plus.
