How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

The Executive Operations, Original Content will serve as a strategic operational partner to the SVP, Head of Content, supporting the coordination and alignment of priorities across Vice Presidents, Regional Heads, and key departments, including Development, Production, Legal, Finance, Talent Relations, Distribution, PR, Content Strategy, and Marketing.

It requires strong industry knowledge, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to facilitate communication and decision-making across complex creative and operational processes. This role will help ensure that projects, meetings, and strategic initiatives move efficiently through the organization while maintaining alignment with the executive’s priorities.

The Executive Operations, Original Content will be responsible for:

Executive Coordination

  • Manage and prioritize the executive’s agenda, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between the Head of Content and Vice Presidents across Development, Production, and other business areas.
  • Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and talking points for internal meetings and industry engagements.
  • Track action items and ensure follow-up across teams.

Cross-Department Liaison

  • Act as a central coordination point between the executive office and departments including:
    • Development
    • Production
    • Legal Affairs
    • Talent Relations
    • Distribution / Platform Strategy
    • Marketing & Communications
  • Ensure smooth information flow between teams and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks.

Project & Talent Coordination

  • Monitor the status of projects across development and production pipelines.
  • Support coordination with talent (showrunners, producers, creators) when needed.
  • Assist in organizing pitch sessions, creative meetings, and talent interactions.

Strategic Support

  • Prepare executive summaries and reports related to project status, strategic initiatives, and operational planning.
  • Support internal presentations and documentation for leadership discussions.
  • Help coordinate industry events, festivals, and executive participation in key forums.

Operational Oversight

  • Maintain visibility on project timelines, approvals, and internal processes.
  • Ensure that key documents, contracts, and approvals move efficiently through relevant departments.
  • Assist with prioritization of executive initiatives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +10 years of experience in the entertainment industry or media companies.
  • Strong understanding of the television and streaming production ecosystem, including development, production, talent relations, and distribution.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in complex organizations.
  • Advanced level of English (is required)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior executives and creative talent.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
