Responsibilities:

• Support of Supply Chain Department for CZ&SK&HU.

• Reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.  

• Follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities; orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers where applicable.

• Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues. Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies. 

• Provides help to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio. 

• Coordinates and controls import activities, inbound transports and product arrival to local warehouse.

• Coordinates local co-packing activities with main focus on availability, production schedule, raw material replenishment and saving costs.

• Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting).

Qualifications:

• You are currently student at university or mother/father on maternity leave.

• You are able to work under pressure, have above-average commitment and excellent communication skills.

• You have an independent and responsible way of working in a team.

• Due to your excellent communication skills, in Czech and English, you have no issues communicating in international teams.

• Good computer skills (MS Office -Excel).

• Your accuracy allows you to work reliably.

• You are able to work on par-time 20 hours per week.
