By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid model based in our Bucharest office.
How you’ll make an impact:
Perform analysis and solve moderately complex problems, applying existing methods and adapting them as needed to develop new solutions;
Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management, ensuring contributions support overall team goals;
Maintain primary upward communication with the direct supervisor;
Collaborate with peers, client stakeholders, and management levels both within Accenture and on the client side;
Receive guidance when determining methods and procedures for new or unfamiliar assignments;
Make decisions that have a direct impact on the performance and outcomes of the team;
Manage small teams and/or lead specific work efforts, either in a team lead or individual contributor capacity;
Support project delivery at client sites or within Accenture;
Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts, as required by the role.
Skills that make your work successful:
Advanced level of English;
Medium-Advanced level of Russian;
At least 5-7 years of experience in an Team Leader role;
Bachelor's degree;
Demonstrated expertise in process area ;
Coaching/mentoring skills;
Demonstrated issue management/problem solving skills ;
Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and judgment;
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues;
Strong time management skills;
Advanced written and verbal communication skills; manages internal and external/client communications with individuals at all levels;
Ability to function effectively as a team member and organize work activities for others on the team;
Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients.
