Job Description


Learn to work directly with U.S. Bancorp Investments clients providing outstanding customer service in a supportive environment. Associates assist with account maintenance, website support, asset transfer, correspondence questions, and other general requests. FINRA licensed Associates process equity, option, mutual fund, and fixed income orders. Acts as a backup for U.S. Bancorp Investments Financial Advisors and makes warm introductions to the Wealth Management Advisory Service team as well as US Bank partners when appropriate.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Licensing may be required

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Reliable
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to follow procedures while working independently
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Contact Center experience
  • Previous banking or financial services experience
  • FINRA registrations – SIE, Series 7 & Series 63 or strong desire to become FINRA licensed
  • College degree in Finance, Economics or Business

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25
