Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions within the Apptio platform. This role will focus on architecting and coding the Apptio End User Chargeback application, driving technical innovation, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable and high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and define the technical framework for the Apptio End User Chargeback project.
Develop and implement complex software components and features aligned with project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make architectural decisions, propose design patterns, and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Apply advanced programming techniques to optimize performance and ensure code efficiency.
Integrate diverse software components to ensure seamless interoperability across systems.
Conduct comprehensive testing, code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution to maintain high-quality standards.
Participate in agile development processes, contribute to planning, and support project execution.
Explore and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance digital solutions and foster innovation.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including system designs, architecture diagrams, and code annotations.
Share expertise and mentor team members to promote knowledge transfer and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Apptio.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated growth mindset with a focus on agility and continuous development.
Effective planning and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Apptio RTBMA certification.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent specialized training or professional qualifications will also be considered.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
