• Work on international projects in interdisciplinary teams together with business departments (technology & innovation, logistic, sales, product management, etc.) and IT Teams (Developer, Enterprise Architects, Tester, Process Analysts)

• Contribute to software development projects by owning and managing the product‘s Backlog including the technical concept and designs of the product

• Responsible for implementing and evolving the testing strategy of software product

• Define data models and basic product architectures incl. interfaces

• Improve products and processes constantly by making data-driven decisions and audit their quality world-wide

• Discuss and align solutions with Corporate Enterprise IT according to the group and company strategy • align with stakeholders from involved business and IT departments

• An academic degree in informatics, business information technology or comparable professional experience, ideally gained first working experiences approx. 3 years+

• Knowledge in different software development and project management methods, especially in agile methods, particularly SCRUM and related tools (ideally Microsoft DevOps)

• Proficient in backlog management and prioritization, incl. writing features, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Experienced in developing, aligning and communicating product roadmaps to stakeholder effectively

• Proficient in data analysis to make data-driven decisions

• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges

• Experience with IT architecture and system specifications

• Basic understanding in test governance, test execution and test automation incl. related tools (Postman, Gerkin, …)

• Basic understanding in relational and non relational database management incl. data schema modeling

• Advanced understanding in process design and related notations (BPMN)

• Fluent skills in English • joy in travelling as part of your work
