What You Will Do:
This role leads day-to-day operations for DECON production line, driving safety, quality, and output performance. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide a small team on the floor while ensuring production targets and operational standards are consistently met.
Lead day-to-day operations for the DECON production line to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met
Coordinate workflow and support production employees throughout the shift
Monitor line performance and track key production metrics
Identify and resolve equipment, process, and staffing issues in real time
Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to team members on the floor
Ensure compliance with standardized work instructions and quality documentation
Manage special orders including rush, hold, and priority production requests
Partner with leadership to support training, onboarding, and team development
What you need
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to lead small teams and drive performance to production targets
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues on the floor
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
Preferred:
Prior manufacturing experience (medical device or regulated environment preferred)
Demonstrated experience in a lead, captain, or champion role
Working knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices
Experience supporting training, onboarding, or employee development
