You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications based on the provided project role description. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, showcasing your expertise in Pega Platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Pega Platform - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful implementation of applications - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure efficient design, build, and configuration of applications - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pega Platform Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform - Strong understanding of Pega Platform and its capabilities - Experience in designing and building applications using Pega Platform - Knowledge of Pega Platform best practices and guidelines - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Pega applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Pega Platform - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
