What you will do

Are you experienced in navigating communication within an international environment? Join us as a Lead Accountant, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across the EMEALA region. As the primary point of contact, you will leverage your deep understanding of customer hold issues and collaborate with various departments to resolve them swiftly. Your analytical and investigative skills will significantly contribute to improving service quality and preventing future occurrences.

How you will do it

  • Serve as the main point of contact for resolving customer holds. 

  • Review and analyze customer hold requests to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the issues and their impact on customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as collections, sales, customer service, and operations to gather necessary information and resources to resolve customer holds promptly. 

  • Investigate and troubleshoot hold situations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures. 

  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer hold. 

  • Provide training and mentorship to team members involved in managing customer hold situations.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams. 

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation abilities. 

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, managing multiple customers holds simultaneously. 

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • MS-Office (advanced Excel skills, including tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables; and MS Outlook).

  • Fluent level of English. 

  • Eagerness to develop and learn new skills.

  • Proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in collections.

  • Proficiency in Spanish.

  • Yellow Belt Certified and PMGB certified.

  • Prior experience in leadership or team management.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,850 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
