This individual will serve as a business representative supporting the work management products used by Distribution Vegetation Management. This includes but is not limited to Maximo, Maximo Portal, and the Vegetation Field Mobile Application. The individual will need to establish a working relationship with field personnel, leadership, and supplier back offices to ensure timely support in planning, creation, validation, reporting, and troubleshooting of work performed across varying programs. In addition to supporting operations, this position will also be involved in the sustainment and enhancement of products used by the business unit. This will include working with EAM to define, configure, and test solutions that improve the end user experience and collection of data. A key responsibility of this role is supporting existing applications and software solutions already deployed within the organization. This includes troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and designing and implementing effective resolutions. This position will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and alignment with strategic goals.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with peers and managers in Grid Services and Information Technology to develop standards, processes, methodologies, templates, and guidelines that support effective business technology planning, streamlined workflows, and robust business cases. This may include creating projections and complex analysis to support strategic planning. Success in this role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, creativity in technical solution design, excellent communication, and a consultative approach to relationship-building and decision-making. Responsibilities vary greatly throughout the year and at times can be ambiguous so flexibility, initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks are required.
Provide technical expertise and business process guidance to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges and advance opportunities.
Deliver business analysis support, including requirements gathering and validation for business and IT initiatives.
Design, revise, and implement solutions that meet customer and business needs.
Lead change management and communication efforts across multiple departments.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive technical reports, business documentation, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with system-specific policies and procedures.
Conduct data analysis and root cause investigations across multiple teams and systems.
Define and develop key performance metrics to evaluate system and business outcomes.
Support invoicing operations including development of templates, resolution of credits, review of accounts receivable, and understanding of charge codes.
• Bachelors degree in Technical Business Administration or

• Bachelors degree in Other Related Degree
