The Senior Product Owner shapes and advances the product direction by translating high‑level strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive measurable business value. This role translates complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver high‑quality solutions efficiently. Serving as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, the Senior Product Owner prioritizes the product backlog, guides decision‑making using data and impact analysis, and fosters shared understanding across functions. The position ensures that product outcomes support operational efficiency, customer experience, and long‑term strategic growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred but not required
Minimum of 8 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
5+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience supporting custom-built internal applications, 3rd‑party/vendor platforms, or a mix of both
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including refinement, sprint planning, and dependency management.
Working knowledge of system architecture, data flows, and technical feasibility considerations.
Skill using modern product tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for transparency, workflow management, and continuous delivery.
Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate options, anticipate impacts, and guide teams toward value‑driven outcomes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly absorb complex information, ask the right questions, and form well‑reasoned recommendations.
