What you'll do

This role is within the Risk and Finance Data Transformation and Regulatory change portfolio, where you’ll be supporting with the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group processes and data. This includes capturing requirements, inputting them to design solutions and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles. 

We’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions. 

You’ll also:  

• Define, document, and trace business requirements to the future state design 
• Contribute to functional design specifications supporting the design of solutions 
• Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers 
• Identify and support cut over and implementation tasks 
• Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design 
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help business users in executing UAT 

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience of Risk and Finance systems, data and processes along with the ability to summarise and communicate complex information in a way that is understandable to business stakeholders and technology teams. 

You’ll also need:  

• Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques 
• A background of delivering business analysis in a project, technology or IT function 
• Experience working in Regulatory change projects and programmes 
• Strong stakeholder management skills
