The UK Real Estate team is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join the team for a period of up to 12 months.
Role Description
Typical intern responsibilities / duties will include:
- Contributing towards either a live transaction or a more strategically oriented project
- Assist with analysis (involving big data), market research, financial analysis and modelling
- Prepare presentations, reports, and investment memorandums for internal stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
Candidate Profile
- 0 – 1 years relevant experience, with strong interest or affinity with the Real Estate sector
- Recently graduated or Summer 2025 graduates, with a strong academic record who are keen to work hard and learn from an experienced team
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail, and a logical mind-set
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point is preferred
- Have the right to work in the UK in a full-time role (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship).
Location and Hours
In-office presence required.
