What You Will Do *

• Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
• Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and/Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
• Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.
• Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback.
• Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
• Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
• Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).

Qualifications You Must Have *

Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):
Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Precision, Manufacturing, Material)
Minimum years of experience in role:
At least 3 years’of relevant working experience
Preferred Skills (if any):

• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong understanding and hands on with precision machining tool (CNC 5-Axis /lathe / milling etc.).
• Team player and able to work closely with other teams on cross-functional projects.
• Competent in Unigraphics and/or other CAD/CAM applications.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal related skills.
